"I am a Mum of 2 and we bought our young child your wonderful 'Awesome Ends in Me' journal for Christmas. We had started a 'thank you' book which was a 2B5 gratitude journal after our child disclosed to us in September that they were sexually abused by their besties older brother (a peer). The journey is ongoing, there have been some dark days, psychologist appointments, feelings, moods and emotions felt in epic force but the one thing that we promised ourselves, our children and our family is that there is always good in a day. There are always good things to come from experiences even one so dark such as this.
I commend the journey that you are on, your business is not just for profit, it promotes well being, resilience, pride in ones self - mana. I know that for us (I have a gratitude journal started at that time also) it has helped us tremendously, it resets our focus back to the good things in our day and there are many! Taking a moment to put pen to paper and acknowledge the good in a person, in a day decreases anxiety and can be such a mood shifter. SHIPPING TERMS
While we do everything we can to ensure a quick delivery it is out of our hands once it leaves the warehouse. Delivery times vary depending on where in the world you are and are not guaranteed.

United States and Canada:
Orders are couriered and tracked via USPS or UPS.
Estimated delivery times:
Central = 1-2 working days;
East or West Coast= 3-4 working days
Rest of World:
Orders are un-tracked, unless requested, and posted via USPS or DHL.
6-21 working days (in busy times these can take longer).
Please note: Kiwi Journals will not be held liable for any items lost in the mail. Please contact us if you think your item is lost and we will do our best to help you track it down.
Product Availability and Substitutions
We do our best to keep all advertised products in stock. However, from time to time, certain items in our bundles may become unavailable due to supply issues.
In such cases, we may substitute an item of equal or greater value. We aim to ensure any substitutions maintain the overall quality and purpose of the bundle.
If a substitution is required, we will notify you where possible before dispatch. If you do not wish to accept the substitution, you may request a refund for that item or cancel your order for a full refund.
